• Location: approximate coordinates when you choose to share location for nearby listings (browser or device permission).
• Technical data: device type, browser, IP address, and logs used for security and debugging.

How we use information

• Operate the marketplace — show listings, enable chat, bids, and notifications.
• Verify sellers when you submit verification documents (stored securely and used for review).
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.
• Contact you about your account or support requests you send us.

Sharing

Your name and listing information are visible to other users as part of normal marketplace use. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, SMS/OTP) under contract, or when required by law.

Retention & security

We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes. We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard practices; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update profile details in settings, deny location permission, and request account deletion or data questions via the contact page. OTP login requires a valid mobile number.
