The service

mKisaan provides an online marketplace for agricultural produce and related listings. We connect buyers and sellers; we are not the buyer or seller of listed goods unless explicitly stated.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and use one account per person or authorized business. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Listings & conduct

• List only produce or items you have the right to sell; descriptions and prices must be truthful.
• No illegal goods, misleading photos, harassment, spam, or attempts to bypass platform safety features.
• Verification badges reflect our review process; they are not a guarantee of quality or legal compliance.

Transactions

Price, quantity, grade, pickup, delivery, and payment are agreed between buyer and seller. mKisaan is not responsible for disputes, non-payment, or product quality unless we explicitly offer a protected payment or delivery product in the future. Resolve issues in good faith; report fraud or safety concerns to support.

Content & intellectual property

You grant mKisaan a license to display listing content you upload. Do not upload others' photos or copyrighted material without permission. Our brand, software, and design remain our property.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed under applicable Indian law.

Changes
